 Different exercises will target the biceps in different ways. The way you hold your hands will change how the muscle develops. 
 
 
Basic Curl with the straight bar
 
 
This exercise will target the lower bicep making more of a peak when you flex.
 
This exercise is the bent over bicep curls negative great for overall size and strength.
