These exercises will hit both your trapezius and your deltoids. Some will target the posterior deltoid, some will target the anterior deltoid and some will target the lateral head of the deltoid.
This exercise is great for widening your shoulders
This is Shoulder Shrugs great for your traps
This exercise is for your rear delts and upper middle back/traps
This exercise is the shoulder press, it's a great way to hit your shoulders.
The next exercise is great for front delts. It's a front delt lateral raise. If you bring the weights up under your chin instead of straight out front you'll also hit upper chest.
This exercise is called the ARNOLD press. Great for all over deltoid exercise.
