I'm going to give you many abdominal exercises some target upper abs some lower. Some will have different versions and ability levels. 
 
 
This exercise will target the upper abs. This can be done bringing your right elbow to right knee and left elbow to left knee or opposite knees. Always good to change things up.
 
Exercise ball crunches Great for beginners
This is more of an advanced movement,so please don't try this if you are new to exercise or out of shape. If you are in shape but you can't hang from a bar, most gyms have something similar but you can rest your elbows on elbow pads instead of hanging.
This exercise is a bit more advanced. Hard to get into position and out.
