 The member section is a place you can come for answers to fitness, nutrition, and wellness. 

We try to cover everything you may want the answers too. If there is a video idea you have or would like to know the answer too, please let us know. 

The catagories we have are as follows:

Fitness- Beginners, Advanced, Plyometrics, Metabolic Training, and Powerlifting

Nutrition- Weight loss, Recipies, Myth busting, Macros

Physical Therapy- Body part stretching, Exercises for injury, Foam Rolling, How to avoid injury

Chiropractics- Myth busting, When to see a Chiropractor, How the Nervous system impacts your life

Motivation- For when your get up and go, got up and went. 

We also have a Psycologist that makes videos for some of the things you may need help with when trying to get in shape or lose weight. Those catagories are:

Depression- Missing favorite foods, Hating exercise, Feeling like your attempts are taking to long, Loss of mobility, Realizing how bad it's gotten, 

Anxiety- Fear of the gym, Fear of Failure, Fear of wanting to quit, 
Feelings of hopelessness
