Triceps are the back of your upper arm. They are commonly used when you push anything.
 
This first exercise video is done the hardest way. You can make it easier by doing them from your knees and go down to your chest.
 
 
Tricep extensions with cable can also be done at home by putting an exercise band in the top of a door frame and pulling down.
 
 
For this video, I'm showing you on an incline bench which is just a variation of scull crusher exercise. The most common is done on a flat bench with straight bar.
